Workout Playlists

I like different genres for different workouts or sometimes different moods.  So I am going to update this with my different playlists as I go 🙂

Booty shaking music can turn your workout from a boring sweat session to a full on dance party!  When I do cardio, I usually like really high energy, fast beat music.  Something that I can shake my butt to and feel sexy while I workout.  That’s why I came up with my GIRL POWERED PLAYLIST!  These ladies always keep me going no matter how tired I am!
